Watching cases move through the process (Animation)

Click ▶ Animate to replay your event log as it happened over time, cases appear as small moving dots that travel along the process arrows.

Control	What it does
▶ / ⏸	Play or pause the replay
Speed	How much simulated time passes per second of playback (1 hour/sec up to 1 month/sec)
Sync start	Line up every case to start at the same point ("day 0"), useful for comparing how long different cases take rather than watching real calendar gaps between them
Color	Color the moving dots by a Case Attribute (e.g. color by Region) and show a legend, click a legend entry to hide/show just that group
Scrubber (slider)	Drag to jump to any point in time

Click a moving dot to pause and see a tooltip with its Case ID, current step, how long it's taken, its attribute value (if colored), and, if configured, a direct link to open that record in NetSuite.

Very large datasets (over 1,000 cases in the current view) will only animate a subset of cases at once for performance, the flowchart and statistics elsewhere in the visual are unaffected and still reflect all your data.
