Process Mining´- Insights panel

Click Insights to open a panel of statistics that updates based on what you're doing:

• Nothing selected: overall median cycle time, what share of cases follow the single most common path, number of distinct paths, top bottleneck transitions, and activities with the most rework.

• An activity selected: how many cases visited it, its rework rate, how its typical cycle time compares to the overall average, and its top incoming/outgoing flows.

• An arrow selected: case count on that transition and detailed duration stats (median, average, min, max, and the middle 50% range).

• Conformance enabled: conformant vs. non-conformant case counts, and the most common ways cases deviate.

• Compare mode active: cycle time compared across your groups, and which group has the most rework.

Wherever relevant, the panel also breaks down the selection by your Case Attribute field(s), so you can see, for example, which vendor is driving a bottleneck.
