These settings are in the Power BI format pane and are typically managed by the report author.

Setting	Effect when on
Disable Create Table	Removes the Create Table tile
Disable Action Panel	Hides the whole toolbar
Disable Exit	Hides the close (X) icon so users cannot leave the table
Disable Add Row Icon	Hides the green + button at the bottom of the table
Disable Delete Row	Removes the Delete option from the row menu
Auto Save	Saves every edit immediately (hides Save, Undo and bulk add options)
Hide Table Header	Hides the header bar with the table name

Add group (all ON by default): show or hide each item of the Add menu individually:

Wrap Text	On	Wraps long cell text (row height capped at 60 px). Turning it off reveals Cell Height.

Disable Action	Off	Hides the column header menu (Edit, Delete, Freeze)

Disable Manual Input group: one toggle per field placed in the Dropdown field. When on, that dropdown column only accepts values from the list; users cannot type their own.
