You can check in the integration error log whether there's been some errors in your attempt to integrate a service with BI Book. You find the log by going to Company management, selecting the Integrations tab and clicking on Integrations Errors.
Below you can observe an example of a QuickBooks integration error message.
NB Please note that setting up an integration can take for us up to a few hours, depending on the amount of data your account contains. If the integration error log is empty, no harm has been done and the integration should be soon up and running. However, you can reach us at bibook@renance.com if an error message is shown in the log.
