Troubleshooting
- Please note that we do not use the "www." format in our domains, https://bibook.com is correct, https://www.bibook.com is not.
- Email Addresses for Microsoft authentication need to be written in lower case only and the email address needs to be the same as the identity provide.
- We currently do not support traditional login at all, only Microsoft or Google are supported.
- SSO is not currently supported as our Oauth2 flows using Microsoft and Google provide the same security and almost the same user experience, with much less haste.
Microsoft Authentication
We provide organizations using Azure AD as an identity provider a secure and easy way to log in. We authenticate users using a Microsoft Azure AD Registered App by the name "BI Book" by bibook.com.
If your organization requires applications to be approved, the first user will need to get acceptance from your IT provider.
Google Authentication
Google authentication is provided using an authentication application branded "BI Book". Contact your IT provider if you have issues.
Login Cyber Security
Our login is as secure as you want it to be. As we use your own identity providers authentication policies, if you use for example MFA normally, the same will apply here. We store no passwords in our product and your identity provider only proves that you are who you are to us, and we accept that. The biggest security risk lies in your own email falling in the wrong hands.
